We’re located near the entrance to the Lost River Valley, meaning you get your weekend started that much earlier.
Forgot limes? Need your chainsaw repaired? Trips into town are quick. Get to Wardensville in 15 minutes and Moorefield in 20 minutes.
We’re small (and that’s a good thing). With just 31 homes in our association, every property owner is invested in making this a great community. That translates to well-maintained roads, coverage for any potential well water issues and a responsive property owners association.
We’re a community. Use your home as a quiet retreat or, if you’re looking for a more social weekend, dinner parties abound.
You have room to spread out. All of the properties are on at least 3 acres and some as large as 10 acres.
